Priya has worked all her professional career with Indian Hotels Company Limited in various roles in Operations in India and UK. Her stint in operations is supplemented by more than a decade long initiative in driving Business Excellence in the company at a Corporate and Regional role.
Priya’s core experience is in Customer Service/Experience Management and Operational Excellence. She is an active member of the Tata Network Forum South and is the India Chapter Chair for Employability with All Ladies League and the National Vice Chair WICCI for Diversity & Inclusion. She has been a Guest Speaker at forums of CII, Women Economic Forum, Banks and Hospitals on Service and Operational Excellence.
Priya presently works with IHCL’s homestays brand amã Stays & Trails as General Manager Operations. During her spare time, she loves travelling with her son and husband.
